With over 35 years of professional experience, C.P.C. Luis Aguileta A. is the strategic leadership behind ICM — a firm built on technical trust, strict regulatory compliance, and close, personalized client relationships.
Throughout his career, he has advised national and international companies in key industries such as pharmaceuticals, construction, manufacturing, and services, leading financial audit, tax review, and accounting evaluation projects with both strategic insight and operational focus. His experience spans from publicly traded corporations to public sector entities, allowing him to navigate highly regulated environments with precision.
A specialist in the reconciliation and conversion of financial statements under both Mexican and international financial reporting standards, Mr. Aguileta is a recognized authority in tax opinions, compliance with SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and in optimizing financial structures that support business growth.
He founded ICM in 2012 with a clear vision: to build an ethical, modern, and results-oriented firm where partners are actively involved in delivering measurable value. His previous leadership roles include his tenure at BDO Hernández Marrón and the founding of A&A Asesores Internacionales, as well as the early years of his career at the firm representing Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).
Mr. Aguileta has also advised on mergers, acquisitions, administrative control processes, and corporate governance, including high-level national and international bids.
A graduate of Universidad del Valle de México and a Certified Public Accountant by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, he has been an active member of the Public Accountants Association since 2001.

With over 20 years of experience as an external audit specialist, focusing on national and international companies in sectors such as industrial transformation, automotive, services, and the financial system, he brings deep technical knowledge and industry insight.
As Audit Partner at ICM, he leads rigorous processes under both national and international standards, with a comprehensive view of risk and regulatory compliance.
His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, tax opinions, local contributions, share transfers, and due diligence reviews. He also has experience overseeing nonprofit organizations and evaluating complex accounting structures.
His background has equipped him to lead technical audits focused on risk mitigation and the optimization of financial reporting for executive management.
His professional journey began in 2002 at BDO Hernández Marrón, followed by his role as Audit Associate at A&A Asesores Internacionales. Since 2012, he has been part of ICM, solidifying his position as a technical reference within the firm for specialized audit engagements.
A graduate of the School of Accounting and Administration at UNAM, he has been an active member of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants since 2008. With over 37 years of professional experience, Certified Public Accountant José Alfredo Roldán is one of the key technical pillars of ICM – International Consulting México.
His extensive career in auditing includes the review and certification of financial statements for both national and international companies across industries such as services, manufacturing, commerce, real estate, and media—solidifying his reputation as a high-level specialist in complex corporate environments.
His technical expertise extends to audits for companies listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), with in-depth experience reviewing financial reports required by international regulatory bodies. He has led financial and tax audits, consulting on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and fiscal compliance diagnostics, providing clients with trust and precision in highly regulated scenarios.
Mr. Roldán began his career in 1987 at Gómez Ruíz y Compañía, and in 1989 joined Hernández Marrón y Cía., S.C., the Mexican representative of BDO International. His commitment and outstanding performance led to his promotion to Partner in 2006. Since 2013, he has been part of ICM as Audit Partner, where his leadership directly contributes to delivering technically sound solutions with a strong ethical and personalized approach.
A graduate of the School of Accounting and Administration at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), he is certified by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
